Repair was quick and done well, my car got out in less than a day. Two things that I would improve for better service: 1) There was quite a bit of dirt on the seat as a result of being in the shop, which was gross. 2) It was a coolant leak and my coolant was low as a result- would have been a nice thing for the coolant to have been topped off before returning my car to me. Not a necessary thing, but would have been nice.
Hey Brent! Thank you for taking the time to give us an honest and good review, even considering the issues you mentioned! I deeply apologize for any dirt that was on the seat, we do leave the windows down while the vehicles are in the shop and if it is a windy day this shop can get kind of breezy. If you believe it was dirt from the tech I will have to reprimand myself, I prefer to test drive every vehicle myself to ensure the complaint has been resolved and in my rush of checking over vehicles I often get dirty without knowing. On your Nissan I took a quick drive to make sure there were no other coolant leaks and must have had some dirt on me. I will be more than happy to clean the seats. On your second concern the coolant system can be fickle, there can be air pockets in the system that might have "burped" out after the tech topped it off from making the repairs. In any case we still apologize for these issues, please give us a call so we can set up a time to get those seats clean and make sure your are happy.
